Council is seeking your feedback on a planning proposal to amend the Burwood Local Environmental Plan (BLEP) 2012 to facilitate the group heritage listing of the properties at Nos. 23, 25 and 27 Woodside Avenue, Burwood.
The planning proposal and supporting documentation will be on public exhibition from 29 February 2024 to 22 March 2024.
A copy of the planning proposal and associated information is available in the Document Library and on the NSW Planning Portal.
If you have something to say about any aspect of the planning proposal we encourage you to make a submission. All submissions must be in writing and must be received by 22 March 2024. Please quote reference number SUB 23/211 and include in the subject line: “Submission – Group Heritage Listing of Nos. 23, 25 and 27 Woodside Avenue, Burwood”
