Notice is hereby given that Burwood Council endorsed at its meeting on 18 April 2023, an amendment to Section 5.4 and ancillary controls relating to Boarding House and Co-Living Housing Developments of the Burwood DCP.
The amendments to Section 5.4 of the Burwood DCP include robust objectives and provisions to deliver quality design and built form outcomes and ensure that the on-going operation of boarding house and co-living housing developments is consistent with the approved Plan of Management.

Date of Commencement
The amendments to Section 5.4 and ancillary controls in other sections of the BDCP relating to boarding house and co-living housing developments comes into effect on 26 April 2023.
