Notice is hereby given that Burwood Council, at its meeting on 18 April 2023, adopted the Burwood Section 7.12 Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan. This Plan repeals the two existing Section 7.12 Plans – Section 7.12 Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan for Burwood Town Centre and Section 7.12 Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan for the Burwood Local Government Area (Excluding Burwood Town Centre).
The new Section 7.12 Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan contains an Executive Summary, new or updated provisions regarding funds collected under existing plans, exemption to paying Section 7.12 levies, timing of payment of contributions, saving provisions, an updated Schedule of Works, and updated condition of consent relating to contribution payment.

Date of Commencement
The Burwood Section 7.12 Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan comes into effective on 9 May 2023.
