Council has engaged Perfection Landscapes to undertake this project. Construction is scheduled to commence mid-April, weather permitting.
In July 2024, Burwood Council received community feedback on a planned revitalisation of available green open space in the North West corner of Woodstock Park in Burwood.
The project involves building a new sensory garden, which will provide a quiet place for relaxation, and upgrade works of existing seats, garden beds, footpaths, and a retaining wall. The new sensory garden will be built with a feature shelter, plants, sculptures, and a quiet seating area that complements the current park shape.
