The Draft Plan of Management provides direction for the use and management of a series of

council-owned community land parcels, in accordance with the Crown Land

Management Act 2016.

We welcome you to download a copy of the Unity Place Draft Plan Of Management

which will be available for viewing until Wednesday 26 October 2022 and submit

your feedback and comments to Council by Wednesday 9 November 2022. The Draft

Plan of Management document can also be viewed at the Burwood Council Customer

Service and Library and the Enfield Aquatic Centre.

Following the public exhibition process, submissions will be reviewed and

considered for inclusion in the Plan of Management. The Unity Place Draft Plan

of Management will also be subject to a Public Hearing as the land is being

categorised for the first time. A separate notice of Public Hearing will be

issued and will be held during the exhibition period. A report providing a

summary of submissions received and amendments made to the draft document will

be presented to Council.
