The Multicultural Street Meet is a new event coming to Burwood, held on Saturday 18 March; the weekend before Harmony Day 2023.

Expressions of Interest are now open to community groups and cultural organisations interested in activating the aptly named Unity Place, in the heart of Burwood. The Multicultural Street Meet will showcase the diversity and wonderfully vibrant mix of creative cultural capital that can be found throughout our Local Government Area.

Expressions of Interest should demonstrate how the proposed activity will raise cultural awareness, expose participants to unique forms of cultural expressions, and/or increase community harmony.
