We want to make it as easy and fair as possible for our community to speak up when something goes wrong. That's why we have reviewed our Complaints Management Policy and Procedure.
Council is inviting community feedback on the draft policy and procedure. The public exhibition period runs from Thursday 26 June 2025 to Wednesday 23 July 2025.
If you have something to say about any aspect of the draft policy, we encourage you to make a submission. All submissions must be in writing and must be received by 23 July 2025. Please include in the subject line “Submission – Complaints Management Policy and Procedure”.
