Burwood Beats is a Burwood Council project aimed at bringing music back to the community and supporting local artists. It will highlight local musicians and performing artists by hosting a weekly online session of at-home performances.

Details

• Artist or Group must reside in the Burwood LGA
• Maximum length – 3 songs (max 12min) – songs can be 3 separate videos. Must not offend, have a political message or be subject of controversy
• Songs are to be free of swearing or offensive language
• All entries must be submitted using the registration form below. Submissions close 11:59pm on 22 October 2021
• Performances must be COVID Safe
• Council has the right to promote the musician on their website and social media sites, radio stations and other media outlets as decided by Council
• Video will be professionally edited by Council for sound and quality
• If under 16 Parental Consent is required
• A fee will be paid to artists if selected
• Video must be filmed in horizontal plane (landscape) and submitted in mp4 format
• Must comply with Public Health Order
